Limited Warranty

American Meter and Appliance's (AMA) rebuilt appliances come with a 90day limited warranty for parts and labor. The warranty does not include repairs arising from misuse, operator error, or acts of God. The warranty is limited to parts and labor for service, repair, and inspection. It excludes all consequential damages, including damages resulting from loss of use. The limited warranty also excludes implied warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for particular purpose and merchantability. All claims for warranty will be determined by AMA at the time of service. If AMA determines that repairs are not covered by the limited warranty, the owner will be responsible for the cost of repair.
